offers a workout that includes all primary aspects of physical conditioning - Strength Development, Cardiopulmonary Conditioning
and Flexibility Training.

martial arts, our core curriculum includes high-energy drills designed to build and hone self-control and self-discipline.

Tehonica’s Taekwondo & Hapkido Academy offer
a street-smart mixed martial arts system that incorporates the best of taekwondo, hapkido ,kickboxing, American boxing, ground
defense (submission grappling). Each of these martial arts are blended in a comprehensive self-defense system designed to
instill championship mindset and confidence in virtually any self-defense situation.
